去年出差的时候来的，住在隔壁的假日酒店，搜了搜附近就定的这里。蜀九香算是成都老牌火锅店，只开在成都，不像其他几家网红基本都开到了上海。我们人比较多，基本上菜单轮了一圈，印象比较深的一个是「拉哥牛排」他们家的老板叫拉哥，牛排的确很嫩，上来的时候已经是熟的了，再在锅里烫一烫。「荷花乌鱼片」鱼片切的很漂亮，每片很薄，烫的时间也可以短一些。成都火锅必点的「冰爆鹅肠」「大刀毛肚」材料新鲜，入口爽脆。点的菜基本没有一个遇到雷点，都好吃的很。中午的时候人不多，我们在大厅里吃的也没几桌人。好想再去成都吃当地火锅🍲。

蜀九香，算是成都老牌的火锅牌子了。这家店在会展中心里面，古色古香的，生意很好。锅底不算辣，牛油的味道很香，菜品也很新鲜。
