We don't spend much time wandering in Chiang Mai city, and the sights we went to are also good, but Doi Suthep is highly recommended. Doi Suthep Mountain is the closest mountain to Chiang Mai. It is only 15 kilometers away from the ancient city of Chiang Mai to the iconic building of Doi Suthep Mountain. However, it has to go through many detours. You can charter a car or use a double car to go up the mountain. More dizzy, we went up the mountain in a double car. Suthep Mountain is 1,676 meters above sea level. It is named after a hermit. It is a mountain with many tourists and dense forests. Tickets are free. The temples on the mountain are sold separately, but they are not expensive. The slopes are full of colored roses. White clouds and beautiful scenery. Walk 300 steps to reach the observation deck on the top of the mountain. You can have a panoramic view of the downtown area of Chiang Mai. It is a natural observation deck in Chiang Mai.
It is a very famous place. There is a beautiful temple there. The Ssangyong Temple is shining gold and made of gold. You can take an elevator up the mountain. The environment there is very good, the altitude is not very good, there are mountains and waters, which attract many believers. The observation deck allows you to have a panoramic view of the surrounding scenery. The temple also enshrines relics and crystal lotus flowers. Slippers are required to enter. It is an interesting place to visit in two hours.
