Botanists and mountain climbers will like it. There are National Museum of Natural Science, Tropical Plant Research Center, Glass House Greenhouse and Classified Garden. The Museum of Natural Science is more like a popular science museum, where pictures and scenes are mainly displayed. Tourists prefer an air-mounted trestle, which allows them to view tropical plants closely and take beautiful pictures.
Queen Sirikit Botanical Garden is a little far from the downtown area of Chiang Mai. Normally, tourist buses do not go to a place. But the air here is full of oxygen and full of vitality. This botanical garden is divided into several areas. If you have visited the botanical garden near Chiang Mai Zoo, you can give up here. Of course, if you have time, it is also a good choice, especially for people who have been to Chiang Mai many times.
This place is very far from the city. My friends and I rode motorcycles for more than an hour, and the surrounding area is quite desolate. If it is not for the time, I don't recommend you to come here, there is nothing particularly worth seeing. It's a botanical garden and a sky bridge. The price of 100 baht tickets is not expensive.
For any true botanist, Queen Sirikit Botanical Garden needs more than an afternoon. The boulevard, a greenhouse with gazelles, rose gardens, fountains, banana avenues, waterfalls and, of course, the forest itself. When you go to the bottom of the middle, you will see colorful butterflies and other lovely creatures!
