The exhibition hall of the former site of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea is located at No. 38, Qixinggang Lotus Pool, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, covering an area of 1300 square meters, construction area of 1700 square meters, and display area of 1300 square meters. On August 11, 1995, the Chongqing Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea was officially restored and opened to the public. On September 17, 1940, the South Korean interim government officially formed the Guangfu Army in Chongqing, and had its own military force, and fought with the Chinese military and civilian on the Chinese battlefield to jointly fight the Japanese army invading China, writing a magnificent chapter for the friendship between China and South Korea. Japan surrendered in August 1945, and the end of World War II, South Korea also ushered in the restitution of its own motherland.
