Love their pre-dinner bread very much. Two flavors of bread paired with two flavors of butter sauce. Hungarian beef soup is delicious although shallow at night, and the beef inside is very cooked.

The main French-Japanese mixed restaurant is a blended dish, and the food sold is very exquisite, so the price is higher. The restaurant environment is also very high-end and stylish. There are some old Hong Kong photos on the walls of the restaurant, and the signboard at the door is also very artistic. Salmon tastes good and uses fresh materials.

I highly recommend this restaurant. it is rated 2 Michelin stars. Decor is simple with an open kitchen.  Service is friendly and efficient. Each dish is explained and well instructed on which to eat first. We ordered the 10 course set menu which cost about 1600 hkd (without wine pairing).  Each dish was absolutely divine. A lot of effort and creativity was put forth in making this menu. Thank you Bo Innovation for a great gastronomical experience.

VEA, creative and creative dishes. Sure enough, beautiful and tasteless. Recommend Small bites, Alaskan King Crab, Mackerel, Grilled Cheese, Sea CucumberRacan Pigeon, Bird&#39;s Nest, Mignardises plus Chrysanthemum Tea.

Favorite is Piedmont Scorpion Coffee Sandwich, Blueberry Pi and Vanilla Cheesecake Cream instead of Scotch Cake. Rhubarb White Peach Juice. Okinawa Sugar Pudding with Coffee or Monkey Rock Tea syrup. And Chocolate Raspberry Cake Enthusiasm.
