Fairview Lookout

Located in Banff National Park, 56 km west of Banff Town, Lake Louis is Banff's most famous lake. Because the lake contains minerals flowing from the glacier, the sun is clear blue-green, as magnificent as sapphire, known as the "sapphire of the Rocky Mountains". It takes more than an hour to drive from Banff Town to Lake Louis. Generally, summer is the most beautiful season of Lake Louis. The lake is bright and blue and clear. You can also boat in the lake. Fairview Lookout Best View: This is the best view of Lake Louis and the Louis Castle Hotel. You need to go up a lane beside Lake Louis with a signpost indicating the length of 1.6 kilometers. It is strongly recommended that you climb up to see the most beautiful scenery.
