Spring Dawn at Cui Lake
Cui Lake Park is located at the foot of Luofeng Mountain in Kunming's city area, on the west side of Wuhua Mountain, opposite the main gate of Yunnan University. It was originally a bay of Dian Lake, but became a clear lake after the water level dropped. Cui Lake is shimmering with water, shaded by green trees, with pavilions in the heart of the waves, and a beautiful environment, making it a green gem in the city of Kunming, known as the 'Jade of the City'. It is said that before the Yuan Dynasty, when the water level of Dian Lake was high, this area was still a small bay outside the city, with many rice fields, vegetable gardens, and lotus ponds, hence it was called 'Vegetable Sea'. Due to the nine springs in the northeast, which converge into a pool, it was also named 'Nine Dragon Pool'. In the early years of the Republic of China, it was transformed into a park, with willow trees planted throughout and lotus flowers in the lake, thus earning the name 'Cui Lake'. Running through the park from south to north is Ruan Dike, which was built in 1834 by Ruan Yuan, the governor of Yunnan and Guizhou, imitating the beauty of Su Causeway on West Lake. Shuiyue Pavilion is located on the east side of Cui Lake's central island, connected to the east with Goldfish Island and to the west with Lotus Zen Temple, forming the central sightseeing area of Cui Lake. Cui Lake Park is famous for its 'Cui Dike in Spring Dawn' and is known as a green gem embedded in the city of Kunming.

It is a citizen park with several gates in and out of the southeast and northwest. The day I came was Sunday, and the traffic around the lake was a bit large, so I went around a few times to park in the paid parking lot of Cuihu Hotel, which was 15 yuan an hour. There are many small animals in the park, watching them feel free and feel that the whole person is relaxed, and they don't want to take pictures with the camera, and they feel that it is good to watch and remember those beautiful scenes carefully. There are many citizens here for leisure and entertainment on the boulevard outside the park. You can feel the mental state of Kunming people when you stop and take a look: relax and happy. Sure enough, the sun is full, and the mood is stable and positive.
ha ha ha is one is close to my house 10 minutes work. Nice view and good running/Jogging Track. Famous in all tourists coming from all over the China or abroad. Don’t miss the local Special Yunnan Flower cakes and food.
Very nice park! In summer, Kunming is not hot, it is very suitable for shopping, but it may be a bit sun, the lotus is very beautiful, and I met the uncle who painted the lotus, the painting is very beautiful! Very suitable place to take pictures
If you haven’t been there, you can go and see it. It’s very good. The photos are very good. It’s dark when you eat and chat.
Cuihu is located in Wuhua Mountain in Kunming. It is a very cultural and beautiful place in Kunming City. The lake is clean, the lotus is beautiful, and the bamboo is quiet. It is not only suitable for sightseeing, but also suitable for running and exercising around the lake. There is also the former site of Yunnan Lecture Hall next to it. The sense of history and beauty are very good. Is the most easy place to overlook for tourists in Kunming city, and it is worth a visit
Just finished punching the card, there are too many people, the scene is OK.
