The temple is located in the heart of the Langzhong Ancient city. This temple was dedicated to worship Confucious. To get to the city gate you can take a taxi, but to enter the city and reach to the temple you’ll need about 7 minutes to walk. 🚶🏼‍♂️ The temple was built in Tang dynasty, and after the reconstruction, was open for visitors. Aoshan Holly Mountain is located in the ancient part of Langzhong, a historical and traditional city of Sichuan province. ⛰The place is quite beautiful and mystique, full of Chinese traditional temples and statues. 🎟 The tickets cost 50 yaun each but we had a guide who showed us around and told the story of this place. This scenic are isn’t usually crowded, what gives you opportunity to take good pictures of the place, even though you are not allowed to take pictures at the areas of temples and inside of those. 📸 From the top of a tower is opening a marvelous panoramic view of Jialing river and the whole ancient city 🏙 The guide adviced us to pray in the temple and then we were fooled by listening to the fortune teller and paid additional 100 yuan (we chose the lowest price) to the temple. 🔮 Excluding this experience, I liked the whole area! With a chessboard-like layout, it integrates styles from both the north and south, forming a distinctive architectural group with 'half-pearl', '品' (pin)-shaped, and '多' (duo)-shaped patterns. Inside the ancient city, there are attractions such as the Han Huanhou Temple, the Northern Sichuan Road Office, and the Gongyuan (Imperial Examination Hall). Travel: 🚄Chengdu East to Langzhong takes about 3 hours. After exiting the station, take a taxi to the ancient city for about 10 yuan. On October 3rd, we stayed at 'Our Home (Langzhong Ancient City Branch)', which cost over 400 yuan per night. This time, I checked into the Kong Family Mansion, which is also an ancient house with a history of more than four hundred years.
