We went last february and there was an exibition on the ground floor that we visit in about 15 min. Upstairs was closed.
Fine art gallery for free.
Centrally located art musuem in Santa Cruz. Only the second floor was open when I was there, but admission was free. Beautiful paintings, mainly by 19th Century Spanish artists. Well worth a visit.
