🇸🇬｜The Fullerton Suite with stunning viewIf you want to have a staycation with great scenery, Fullerton Hotel should be one of the best choice, facing Marina Bay Sands the view is just amazing. Our room is located in the corner of the hotel. It has an huge outdoor balcony surrounded by lush greenery and bougainvillea, which is so beautiful. There is also a small turret room on the balcony. There are a sofa and a coffee table in the room. The room type of more than 90 square meters. In the living room, you can see the MBS and the ArtScience Museum. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows make the view wider. At night, you can sit in the living room and enjoy the light show. The hotel's swimming pool is also very worth to visit. From the swimming pool, you can see cruise ships passing by on the Singapore River, and the lights of Boat Quay at night. Of course, the location of the hotel is also impeccable. Everything on the bed is the best, including pillows and quilt. Chromecast on tv made it so much easier to relax and stay in. Not forgetting the bathtub and toto toilet. Service though, has dropped as it is a hit or miss now. Guessed the crowd is back but they are understaffed. Vegetarian night at Picotin, Waterboat!Address - Picotin, Waterboat house Ambiance/Facilities - Posh, elegant, chill, rooftop Highlights - I visited this place with a friend who is vegetarian and we Vegetarian platter that was a Mediterranean platter. It has falafel, pita bread, hummus, salads, and also a kinda mock meat. Everything on the platter tasted great! I loved the falafel. It was dense yet moist! We also got the mushroom arancini - a must get when you are there! I love this item and get this all the time! Later, we went up to the rooftop to chill and watch the lights as we chatted with our desert and remaining drinks! Avg. Price per Person - $70 with a pitcher of Long Island! Price per Person - 30++ Rating - 3.5/5 Issho izakaya has a few outlets. This is probably located at the most touristy area. They have both indoor and outdoor seats. If you wish to enjoy the view of mbs, then do choose the outdoor seats! We ordered salmon don and bara chirashi don. Both are pretty standard japanese fare. Portion is just nice. My salmon slices are quite thin though. Ordered the autumn cocktail too! Which i really enjoyed. Much more than the food. Dont forget to have a stroll along one fullerton to enjoy the view! P.S cafe is a well established cafe chain in Singapore with many outlets. However, I'm particularly drawn to the outlet at one fullerton. Its located at the 2nd storey, thus providing a clear unblocked view of the marina bay including mbs! The view is to die for at night! The price of the food at p.s cafe is reasonably priced, and the food is good. Try their truffle shoestring fries! It's one of those must order when you are at the cafe. They offered a good variety of alcohol and non alcoholic drinks here. It’s a shopping mall with dining and shopping. Benefit for being located on the promenade facing to the Marina Bay with beautiful panorama view especially at night.
This place is a must visit for a night out in Singapore! Start by reaching here between 6.30 to 7pm to catch the famous merlion before walking over to One Fullerton. There are many restaurants to choose from! We were at Jypsy and it was packed! So do make reservation early!Choose al fresco seats for excellent view of the marina bay area, as it transits from day to night.And before you leave, do go back to the merlion park to take some photos with it under the night sky!
