This was the most amazing restaurant that we have ever eaten at.   The food was unlike anything that we have tasted.  It was truly a treat that we will always remember.

We had the pleasure of dining at L&rsquo;Acqua Salata in Civitavechia. It was probably the best meal we have had in Italy since being here a week mostly in Rome. The restaurant is best known for its seafood and you can certainly understand why. Attention to detail in the preparation of the basics which make up the sauces are fantastic. I had a wonderful fish soup and it ranked up there with the best. Do yourselves a favor if you like seafood and treat yourself to a meal at L&rsquo;Acqua Salata!

Excellent food quality and service. Eating out on the patio was especially nice and pleasant. Servers were helpful with thrir suggestions. Very fair prices. Recommend.

Abundant and quality cutting, a couple of tastes, very small but good.We drank a great London Mule, flavored by the bar tenter with various spices.Final price about 30 euros per person, but we drank two drinks per head.

Great meal, made reservations based on reviews and was pleased with the value,  had rib eye steak, pasta as appetizer,, house wine 1/2 liter was 6 euro and good!

The tasting menu was fun but there is so much on this menu that looks good&hellip; this was our fort time there for a pre cruise dinner.. I see why Michelin give s it a bib gourmand..maybe it&rsquo;s an Italian thing but a couple brought their 3 year old and she was screaming and threw a fit and ran into the kitchen while the parents didn&rsquo;t do much&hellip;lots of creativity in the food but the chef is over reliant on cr&egrave;me as it appeared in too many courses&hellip;.seems to bee the nicest restaurant in the area and was surprised to be the only non locals in there and that was nice&hellip; if your looking for creative cuisine and a fun menu and a beautiful atmosphere this is definitely worth a meal!! Good value in the tasting menu for sure

Great atmosphere and great service (minus wine understanding). The issue we had here was expectations and so maybe the issue is ours alone. We&#39;ve been to Michelin rated restaurants (ranging from a mention to 3 stars). The food at Forma was very good, but just not at the level similar to previous rated restaurants we&#39;ve been to before. That being said, the bill was 1/5 what we have paid before (1/15 in the case of Alinea) although it did cost $5k to get to Italy). Everything we had was with truffles and our expectation was the normal bold and delicious black/white truffle flavor. In this case they were present, there was A LOT of them, but that distinctive flavor was not there. It&#39;s likely that there&#39;s a difference between what we&#39;re used to and what this was and we&#39;ll accept that as immaturity. Nonetheless, I would recommend Forma, just with minor reservations (don&#39;t ask for wine advice)

The dinner at Forma was Excellent! The service was everything you would expect in this restaurant. I would visit Forma again and highly recommend to others who love great food!
