Challenging walk
The lake itself is a pretty peaceful location, but the warning is that although it is described as easy, it is quite challenging due to the path having many exposed roots and up and down terrain.
Beautiful looking lake to visit and walk around. Perfect on a lovely sunny day. Warning, the perimeter walk is a bit challenging in parts for the mobility impaired. Otherwise it’s wonderful

A pretty lake that is popular for water sports such as kayaking and canoeing. Nice spot to have a picnic or a walk around. Plenty of parking

Lovely walk
We had a vey interesting walk around the lake. The path was quite uneven and required careful attention, probably not for anyone who is a bit unfit.
