Passing by this store on the way back to Anren Ancient Town from Jianchuan Museum. His Sichuan cuisine is still relatively authentic, mainly local specialties, to fat intestines, landlord ribs, musk salmon, etc. However, his family's dishes can choose whether to be slightly spicy, so that it is much more convenient for us northerners to eat spicy, and the overall feeling is good.
