TodemmyWhen I visited this place, I didn’t know that the entrance of this memorial park was not on the main road. On the side of the main road, I only saw the closed iron gate. I thought it would be a rest day, so I took pictures across the iron gate until the passerby yelled at me, "You should buy a ticket to enter the venue and take pictures inside!" I realized that the entrance should be somewhere else, so I entered the park smoothly. It is recommended that indicators and notices should be added beside the iron gate on the roadside. The design of the memorial park is very simple, but very solemn. The guides in the memorial are very serious and emotional. Although I don’t know much about the history of Ghana, I am also very concerned about Mr. Nkrumah and the early days of Ghana. History, more knowledge
苦海无边，望不到岸Kakum National Park is a national park in Ghana, located 30 km north of the central coast point, covering 375 square kilometers. It was established in 1960 and was covered by rainforests, including the entrance. The park was set up to protect the rainforests and flora and fauna of the area, and the park contains many rare animals, including the Mona cat, the dwarf elephant, the African buffalo, the spirit cat, and more than 300 birds and more than 500 butterflies. To protect the rainforest and make it easy for visitors, the park built a 131-foot-high canopy passage in the mid-1990s. The rickety air path hanging from the rainforest connects the tops of the canopies of trees, which are 40 meters from the ground and are composed of seven suspension bridges, 330 meters in length. The greatest feeling standing on the top is trembling and, if you look down, a little bit scary. The feeling after smoothly passing 330 meters canopy passage is excited, very exciting, want to try again the impulse. 苦海无边，望不到岸The most attractive of the 17th century's forts, the Cape Coast Castle, built by Europe's great powers on Ghana's Atlantic coast, was expanded and used for foreign trade after it was built in 1637. It was the seat of the British colonial government from 1664 until two centuries later, in 1877, when the government moved from the city. Now Cape Coast Castle has become a world heritage site, a museum showing the history of Ghana. It's like a window through which you can see Ghana's past.

We had an amazing experience here, fantastic tour we really got a feel for what life was like in that day. The building is beautiful, the old theater is magnificent. It took 40 minutes for the tour but they have the kind of little guided walk around museum that you can spend 20 minutes at. Our tour guide Welsh man (sorry can't remember your name) was really funny, very informative and we really enjoyed the tour. 17 regular prices for the tour, we were lucky to get a deal for a tour at the travel zoo I highly recommend going early and enjoying the scenery around. We got off at Tower Bridge and walked through the Borough market and it was a nice experience we wish we had more time to spend at the food market So on the way to world theater from Tower Bridge tube station there is the Golden Hind ship which is also a great sight to see. Plan to spend a few hours apart from just touring around the Globe as it is a popular part of the city, right by the river you can see amazing sights & buildings close to the river. Place closes at 5.

Fort William in Cape Coast, Ghana is located just a few kilometers from Cape Coast Castle...right on top of a hill. It’s not as well-maintained as the castle. There’s a caretaker there who will tell you all about it’s history if you want. You can view a significant part of this township from the lighthouse. #ghana #triplocal #capecoast #fort #castle
The Cape Coast Castle is one of the most historic places to visit in Ghana or even Africa. Learnt a lot about the trans-Atlantic slave trade from this visit. It was quite an emotional experience for me. Although I forgot to take a picture, the view of the Atlantic ocean from this site is absolutely fantastic. Anyone who visits Ghana, must definitely visit this city and its castles and forts. #ghana #triplocal #historicalplace #travelinspiration
This is the VRA community located at Akuse, Ghana. It has very few houses and I absolutely love the green scenery. They have a clubhouse for activities such as playing tennis, basketball, table tennis, etc... or just sitting there to chill. #ghana #naturalwonders #picnic #akuse #VRA
In Akosombo, I took the Dodi Princess cruise ship to Dodi Island. Activities on the ship were absolutely entertaining... lots of music, dancing and drumming... and loads of food... The island is located off the shore of Lake Volta... Overall, an entertaining experience. #naturalwonders #ghana #dodi #island #akosombo #lakevolta
