The Yulong River in Yangshuo is the longest tributary of the Minjiang River in Yangshuo County. The scenery on both sides of the river is beautiful. The peaks of the mountains and rivers are undulating. It makes up one of the most powerful Chinese ink landscape painting. There is no trace of artificial carving. There is no urban ambiguity. Everything is so primitive, natural, simple and pure. The best way to enjoy Yulong River is to take a bamboo rafting or self-driving. Bamboo rafting is basically sitting on bamboo poles roped together and watching the scenery on both sides. If you go by car, you can go further along the river and enjoy more of the scenery.
