What people are saying:

Ireland has a long literary tradition. The country has four Nobel Prize winners and numerous others that are internationally acclaimed. At the Dublin Writer's Museum, you'll find artefacts from Swift, Wilde, Joyce and Yeats including first editions and handwritten letters. There's also a cafe and gift shop on site, and a tour here will take you less than an hour. It's an absolute must for history buffs or anyone who is interested in Irish literature.

    interesting

Nice building. Interesting if you like literature because the museum is old fashioned. Situated on a nice square north of the city.

You don’t need the latest technology to be full of authentic charme

So, this tiny museum doesn’t have all the latest technologies your heart might desire, BUT (and that’s a biiiig, huge, warm and fuzzy “but”) it you love literature and/or history, the audio guide tell...

rude front desk lady who needs to stay home

I know it's a "writers' museum" (notice the Queen's English use of apostrophe), and not a painters' nor visual artists' museum. But the lack of visual cues is really problematic for stupid tourists ...
