This natural history museum is quite big and comprehensive, there are three floors, one floor and two floors are some of the displays of plants and animals, and the third floor is some of the presentations of the theme of human evolution, which feels quite good.

This is also the best museum of its kind. It is a three-story cuboid venue with a large space inside. The first floor is mainly composed of various large animals, and the other floors are other plants and animals in the world.
[Fun] It has a history of more than one hundred years and is a museum with stories. [Value for money] Free and open, convenient transportation. [Scenery] The small animal specimens here are so realistic and amazing.
The National Museum of Natural History in Ireland has a collection of many ancient things in natural history. The museum has a large area. There are many things to appreciate here, and the ancient creatures are also very special.
Located in the heart of Dublin, the Irish National Museum of Natural History is a museum reflecting the natural history of Ireland. There are many specimens of Irish native plants and animals, beautifully made and well preserved, with a very large variety, very interesting to visit.
Visited here on a whim and I’m glad I did. Easily one of the best museums I’ve ever been to. It’s a museum of museums, showcasing what a turn of the century museum looked like by simply never updating its look. As others have said, it’s a shame that you are unable to visit the balconies due to fire safety restrictions, but what they have got on show is simply amazing. Something like this would never be able to be constructed now days with restrictions on animal hunting and transport of specimens (as things rightly should be), so a collection like this is truely one of a kind and will be harder and harder to find the likes of as time goes on. Would love to visit again after they’ve finished the proposed updates to the building to see if it still has the same ambience/to see the rest of the amazing collection. Can’t be missed.
One of my favourites places in Dublin! Looks small, but inside there's a lot of stuffed animals and exhibitions to see, so i suggest that you save at least two hours to visit if you like this kind of subject! And pay attention to the opening hours, they are very punctual to close the museum ;)
One of the most interesting places to visit in Dublin. It's free, and full of fascinating exhibits.
Thousands of stuffed animals. Really charming exhibit. It's free.
Nice little free museum displaying animals native to Ireland. There is another floor displaying animals of the world, but it was under construction when I visited.
