Everything about our dining experience was so good that we went back a second time before we left for our next destination. This is a very popular restaurant that locals frequent.., not tourists like we are&hellip; a most memorable meal on every level. ( the chef has been at his craft since he was 15 and is now in his 70&rsquo;s if gives you any hint how special his food is!

We stayed in the hotel because our plane left Schiphol early.A surprise hotel with very nice staff at the front office and in the restaurant and dinner was of good quality. Surprising!
