At 23:15, we finally had pizza. The moment we put it in our mouths, we both felt that it was worth it! It is indeed a famous old shop in Naples.
Let me first talk about the dough of this shop. The dough is very light and moist, so it doesn&rsquo;t feel dry, but the bottom is still crispy. After each of us finished one, we felt that there was still room in our stomachs, so we ordered another one to share.
- Pizza fiore: Flower pizza, using pumpkin flowers. There are a lot of crispy pickled pork belly on the pizza. The salty and fresh meat flavor is accompanied by a multi-layered cheese flavor when you bite it. The smoked provola cheese is paired with 24-month mature Parmesan cheese and Pecorino sheep cheese. The overflowing pendulum tomatoes in the Vesuvius area are really sweet. By the way, some pistachio crumbs from the small town of Bronte in Sicily are also sprinkled on the pizza. All the ingredients are good.
- Today&rsquo;s version: The waiter recommended the today&rsquo;s version. The combination of toppings reminds me of Norma pasta, with fried eggplant and sweet tomato sauce, which is a bit oily and heavy.
- pizza appennini: The star pizza is one of the signature pizzas here. The toppings are fried zucchini, pickled pork belly and porcini mushrooms, and it doesn&#39;t feel too oily. I support the porcini mushrooms! The whole pizza uses 4 kinds of cheese. The star corners are filled with ricotta cheese, and the toppings are a mixture of mozzarella cheese, mature 24-month Parmesan cheese and Pecorino sheep cheese, which makes the rich milky flavor even richer.

Very nice and refined place, that stands out from the crowd. Kind and helpful staff and really good quality food. Really competitive price for the experience. I will definitely be back!

The food service was equivalent to two one star Michelin restaurants we dined with in Rome the previous 2 days. The location was industrial but like Jacques Pic&rsquo;s 3 star restaurant you forget the location once you start eating. The price fixed menu is very reasonable for what you get. The kitchen staff puts their heart and soul into the cuisine. The presentation of the food is Michelin 1 star quality. The restaurant is about 20kms from Naples but worth the journey. Perhaps Michelin will make a visit.
