The restaurant was beautiful. Over the top waitstaff. Food was excellent however you are required to order 2 courses. The size of the food served wouldn&#39;t feed a small child. Absolutely ridiculous.

Our meal at Carusu was wonderful.  It was a true culinary experience with beautiful food and perfect service.  A true gem in Agrigento and a wonderful surprise.  This restaurant compares to our experience at Isteria Francescana in Modena. Thank you for your love of food and your creativity.

Wonderful, small restaurant in the vicinity of the Temple Valley, that&rsquo;s why we picked it. There was even a view of the lower end. We liked the food:  the salmon / whole! burata dish was a bit much. Then the chicken with pistachio sauce: made us wonder where is the chicken? So it all worked out!

The wine list is impressive and pair well with the varied course selections.  Food is delicious and the view is stunning.  Overall, this is an excellent restaurant to dine with during a trip to Agrigento, Sicily.

The service and the location both go without saying, a great place to dine, no question. The quality of the food deserves a special mentioning. It felt like they love what they do. Everything we had was cooked impeccably, just the right way.

I&rsquo;ve eaten here four times. The food and service are consistently of the highest quality. The location is wonderful as it it set back from the road and it is a lovely place to enjoy an excellent meal outdoors.

Carusu Restaurant

Excellent local food in a nice setting. There is a lot of choice. The dough used for pizzas rises during 48 hours which makes them more digestible. There are also digestive drinks made locally by a partner, good wine and good beer (though no tap beer)

The little restaurant was wonderful. Carefully chosen details, atmosphere very warm and the host and staff very welcoming. Would totally recommend! Very attentive staff, good food and quick service made us really enjoy the evening.
