What travelers say:
We had a lovely dinner at Chez Nine - the food was truly exceptional (particularly the lamb) and the waitress was very nice and attentive. The setting is cosy and nicely tucked away from the tourist spots. It feels like a family run restaurant, and has a unique charm.

Off the beaten trail, in a cave, lovely hostess/waitress who put up with our inability to communicate in French. Pastas were fantastic.
We had a wonderful meal so fresh gnocchi with cream sauce and mushrooms. Also the steak was fantastic. We loved that it was a husband and wife they were so kind and amazing service. You must go if you are in AOP.
This quaint little bistro is a true gem - the owner of 43 years (!!) is also the sole server and gives the whole place a ‘Motherly’ touch. The quality of the food was exceptional - and you must try to the tiramisu! Best we have ever had!
Chez Nine is our favorite restaurant in Aix! The owner welcomes, serves and talks with the customers, and an excellent chef prepares the food. Our personal favorites are the gnocchi and the ravioli. Starters are delicious also, and the bread is fresh and perfect. We love this place!
