A very nice journey in Euskadi gastronomy. Good reading of products and precision of tastes. For 6 degustation menus it could have been of advantage to propose a glass of local wine well suited with each plate, instead of a basic choice between one red or white bottle of wine. If joining with electric car, ask the front desk to switch on the car chargers first!

Beautiful location and formidable food. a place really charming
Very friendly and attentive service. High quality products. We had the tasting menu and I think the quality-price ratio is hard to beat.
A place to recommend and repeat. We were two diners to eat the tasting menu which turned out to be 8 delicious “dishes”, well cooked, well presented and with the option of some changes. To drink, we had water from Km 0 as usual, a non-alcoholic beer and a wine, red in our case, very tasty. To give a warning, the squid is cooked at its first point of cooking (very rare), so it tends to have a consistent texture when you bite it. I liked it but there will be people who don’t. Traditional cuisine, but daring and with modern touches. The desserts, the 8th dish, were very delicious. The attention of the staff and the person in charge was undoubtedly excellent, far exceeding high expectations.
We had the set menu. Everything was very good and well presented, but for my taste, and I am not one to overeat, the portions seemed very small.
