Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and super clean. Very reasonable prices. Family run and away from the main road so it&rsquo;s not only visited by tourists, but also appears to be a local favorite.

It is difficult to find out the restaurant. (Google map pointed out the different place.) Though The restaurant looked not so busy during our staying, taste was rather good and we can enjoy the local feeling. Price is very reasonable and Atmosphere is not bad and looks historical. Service also is enough for me and can feel at home. I would like to eat their &lsquo;lemon pasta&rsquo; again. I can recommend this restaurant.

The food was good and the service too. Comfy and quite place. The quality/price is quite good considering you&#39;re in Amalfi. We ordered two pastas and a &quot;frittura di pesce&quot; that is various fried fishes (anchovies, octopus, shrimps), plus half bottle of Chianti wine and the total was 50sh euro.

The service staff is very nice. The price is reasonable. The ingredients are fresh. The dishes made by the female chef are especially delicious. I have been to this restaurant five or six times.

We enjoyed our first meal at Al Cancelletto so much, we returned for another. The first time I chose toasted couscous with sweet and sour vegetables, the second time I ordered cuttlefish with carrot, celery, fennel and walnuts. Both dishes were beautiful with a freshness, lightness and clarity of flavours I loved. My husband had pasta dishes both times and agreed this was the best cooking we had found on this trip to Italy. Everything was of the region, including the delicious wine and desserts, and nothing was tired or pretentious

our host! a family run establishment. they may have been a bit busy as we did have to wait to order and receive food while others were taken care of quickly,  but food and ambience was very good to make up for it.

Lovely family owned restaurant, with some great authentic food. We really enjoyed our meal in this slightly off the beaten path establishment.

We had amazing dinner. We made amazing memories. Definitely recommend. The staff is so nice and the environment is beautiful. Truly an incredible experience that I will remember forever. We had a party of 11 and the staff was very accommodating. You have to make a reservation!
