Maison Ruffet

The food was interesting and of a standard I would expect of 1 Michelin star however wine was limited to a tasting menu matching and not generous. We had to ask several times for the next glass and the waitress wasn’t at all knowledgeable about the wine when asked about the variety she was serving The staff were very inexperienced and not trained to a standard of 1 Michelin star restaurant which was disappointing. The hotel was very tired looking in terms of the decor and not well run.

A new chef who just updated a map, des plats savement préparés, très graphiques et à l'équilibre parfait. A young and smiled team in the room, careful to the least detail.
