Impeccable! A delicious Saturday lunch at L’Abbaye. The food was thoughtfully conceived making the best of seasonal ingredients and beautifully presented. The service was friendly, professional and unostentatious. We appreciated the atmosphere of multigenerational families enjoying celebratory lunches in the historic Caen stone surroundings.

We wanted to try real French food, not just steak-frites and certainly found it here. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the staff were really friendly and helpful. A real gourmet experience I would highly recommend!

Very nice restaurant, the food was very good and the value/price is very good too. Only problem the noise : you can barely talk without having to shout.

Good food service good but not very busy so it lacked atmosphere. Will definitely go back as the quality of the food is well above average.
