Very accommodating and helpful. We were traveling and the area was new to us. The restaurant gave us excellent information regarding the town and the food.

Excellent food and very friendly waiters. Just a bit empty on a mid-week evening so not much ambiance. I imagine when full(er) it would be a lot cosier. Would definitely go back.

The restaurant is very cozy and very familiar. The dishes are the authentic Portuguese comfort food. It’s easy to park your vehicle near of the restaurant. Perfect experience for a good family time.

My husband and I went for lunch here yesterday. Our server was very smart, polite and friendly. He was efficient but not over attentive which we liked. We ordered a simple starter of olives and salad and for mains I ordered a chicken dish and my husband opted for the grilled octopus both came with a huge amount of sides which we couldn't finish. My chicken though very flavorsome was dry which was a shame but my husbands octopus was really delicious he loved it thought the texture was perfect, not rubbery as it sometimes can be. It was perfectly seasoned no need for condiments just devine.

The restaurant was very welcoming to us, even with our very poor Portuguese language skills. It is definitely a favorite for the locals looking for an excellent dinner out. Very pleasant indoor dining room, quiet setting. The menu is great for lovers of fine local steaks at very reasonable prices. The local vegetables were wonderfully fresh and well prepared and the rice and beans were delicious. We truly enjoyed our experience there and highly recommend it.
