Le Val Moret

Val Moret is an amazing restaurant serving fresh locally sourced produce and cooked by a first class chef. I had the fillet of beef with Morel sauce and an assortment of tasty vegetables and a cheese board and both hit the spot. I would not hesitate to recommend this truly first class restaurant.

They cancelled our reservation and said they were fully booked even though we were able to reserve online. Dissapointing as we were left to find another place at a late time.

We already know this restaurant. We have discovered the Spring Card.. Menu of the Terroir, varied, exquisite and well cooked dishes! Flower dishes, surprise but famous.

The original associations of the chef are marrying wonderfully and the traditional cuisine is out of the dishes. A discovery at each track with a regularly updated map that makes the best share of local and seasonal products.
