The food was delicious and well prepared, the chef and his wife were very friendly and kept us fed. The dinner was communal style where you dine with other guests, we had 4 other guests we knew from all over the world. This private dining experience was new to us and we loved it. I highly recommend the chef for his excellent cooking, artistry and hospitality.

In the morning, the freshly boiled tea is mixed with fresh milk, and the golden and shiny butter suspended on top keeps spinning with the injection of water, becoming a rare and beautiful scenery at breakfast. Then steamed buns, dumplings or baursak, or other desserts are served on the table.

My friend recommended this Turkish restaurant called &quot;Sofra Restaurant&quot; to me. The amount of dishes in their family is really sincere, and basically everything is very good!
