Restaurant Hofmann

This is the Michelin one-star restaurant of the culinary school where I study. I originally came here with my classmates to visit the kitchen, but I didn't bring my chef uniform. Fortunately, we were quick-witted and decided to make the best of it. We turned into diners! On a Friday night, we were given a very good seat without a reservation. It seems that business is not good! My classmates and I chose the most classic 68 euro menu. We have learned some of the dishes in class, so there is nothing new about the whole set. If you are curious about classic Catalan cuisine, you might as well give it a try!

The restaurant is famous for dessert and has its own dessert school. Chef May Hofmann is not long. Catalan dishes are provided, and the overall taste is heavy and salty. The signature dish is salty and the salty mashed potatoes are unbearable. Paella also feels salty and the rice is raw. But the desserts here are very good, it is recommended to come here to order only one main course, and then try different desserts.

After reading their menu, I was a little confused, and I couldn't tell what cuisine they were. There were roast ducks and pig's trotters, which were completely a combination of Chinese and Western. My favorite was their dessert.

Nice food, the taste is very rich, the food is still not enough. Hahaha.
