The best restaurant on the peninsula by far. Not for the value but for the taste, the service, ambience and people watching. My entree was HARE-so unique so delicious. The venue was full and the service never challenged.

Both the service and food were outstanding - every course.  We went a la carte, but made some great choices. The liquid nitrogen ice cream was unlike any experience we&rsquo;ve ever had.  Filming it was a must.  It turned a lot of heads in the restaurant.

A very special experience - food, wine, service, view - that has reset what a 10/10 experience should be. Highly recommended.

The food and service was spectacular. We had the spaghetti with lobster and it was so delicious! The wine selection was great! We had a bottle of 2004 Cannubi Barolo and it did not disappoint!

Our second visit was wonderful! Diogo provides excellent service and is always so charming and witty. Deni and Diogo make an excellent team!This visit, we enjoyed the spaghetti salad caviar, prawns, and shared the encrusted turbot fish. The spaghetti salad caviar is Amazing!!! We also love the Crepe Suzette! The sommelier recommended a bottle of the perfect local wine to pair with our courses. After dinner, we enjoyed a cocktail in the hotel bar. Alessio makes delicious cocktails! We are so grateful for the experience.

Lovely restaurant. Great atmosphere. Beautiful view and incredible service. The food was good but not breathtaking. I&rsquo;d still recommend going purely for the service, ambience and view ☺️

Wonderful views and the food is really good. Pizzas and salsa so tasty and great value. Probably the best view in the world for any pizzeria. Rooftop location with sweeping views of lake Como it&rsquo;s just a magical little spot.  It&rsquo;s a casual fun pizza spot and I went two nights in a row it was so good!

A beautiful opportunity to have lunch outdoors, with a pleasant view of the lake. We chose seafood linguine and ossobuco with yellow risotto: both good. Kind and fast service. Reasonable prices. Recommended.

Milan weekend one-day como vacation
It takes an hour to get to Varenna by train from Milan Centrale Station. There are a lot of people. It is likely that there will be no seats and you will have to stand for an hour (yes, we stood there). It is recommended to enter the station early and wait for the platform so that you can grab a seat earlier. The round-trip ticket is 14.6 euros
2Get off the train at Varenna and follow the crowd to buy a boat ticket. We only chose to visit Varenna and Bellagio for a day trip. We queued up to buy a round-trip express boat between the two islands for a total of 9.2 euros. If you plan to visit more islands, you can buy a day pass for 15 euros, including several small islands in the center
Bestria restaurant Bistrot Antichi Sapori, mussels have a lot of sand, so it is not recommended. You can eat pasta, which tastes good and is not expensive. One portion is 10-15 euros, and the overall average per person is 20-30 euros. You may have to queue around 13:00
4 We didn&#39;t find any special attractions to check in, but walking around the lake is really recommended. If there are empty benches, you can sit down and bask in the sun. You can socialize with people. Many people who come to travel speak English. Hahaha
5 Queue up at the port to take a boat back to Varenna. If you have time, you can have a spritz and sit by the lake. It&#39;s very comfortable.
