[Zhangji Fried Food] 📍Diagonally across from the Huaihe Road Department Store 🕒15:00-01:00 the following day This is an upgraded take on the fried skewers stall that Bengbu residents have enjoyed since childhood. 🍢 Must-try: the breaded pork tenderloin, fried bananas, and signature potato chips. The signature sweet and spicy sauce and crispy batter are the essence; be sure to ask the waitress for extra sauce! The setting is just like any other small establishment, but it's full of local flavor. (The names of the first two are in the pictures, but I can't find them on Ctrip's map.) Tip: All three are located in the old city. I recommend eating there after visiting Zhanggongshan Park in the evening!
