Vanwege het mooie weer kregen we de optie om buiten te eten. En zo konden we heerlijk op het terras met uitzicht op de bomen en het kasteel eten alsof we binnen zaten. Wat wil zeggen dat de tafel mooi werd gedekt. En Ookal waren we de enige gasten die het diner buiten nuttigde kwam dit niet terug in de service. De bediening was heel gastvrij en hebben leuke gesprekken gehad. Ze hebben een overzichtelijke kaart met voldoende keus. Met elke gang een vlees vis vega gerecht. Helemaal top! Het vijfgangen diner heeft ons dan ook uitstekend gesmaakt.

Because of the beautiful weather we got the option to eat outside, and so we could eat a nice place on the terrace with views of the trees and the castle as if we were inside. And Ookal we were the only guests who used the dinner outside this came not back to the service. The service was very guest-friendly and had fun conversations. For years we have visited this restaurant and are enthusiast of the varied, original and very tasty kitchen. Elegant and very friendly service at the table, beautiful surroundings. There are also accommodation and beautiful options for celebration.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten van verrassende en mooi opgemaakte gerechten. Helaas kon de tijgergarnaal niet gepeld opgediend worden...Toch een klein minpuntje!

The restaurant looks very careful and comfortable. The service is very friendly and helpful. You notice that they like working there. The food (I eat a meal salad and a aftertaste with a private torch) was just delicious. And there was all the attention to my gluten-free diet, including the appetite of a gluten-free bread, which was discovered by a culinary pearl in South Limburg.

To start, the staff was untrained and not caring. We went to the restaurant with the 50% discount provided by the fork, since we had great experiences before. The service was poor and once we payed they were reluctant about giving us the discount, then they gave us a discount only on selected items, which was not stated here, here we saw that we had 50% off on all the food, excluding drinks. It was uncomfortable hkw they handled and very dishonest. Never coming back to a fletcher restaurant.

Kasteel Doenrade

The food was not bad, but everything tasted kind of the same. It was all seasoned with bouillon powder/aromat. The staff was welcoming and nice, and the wine was good. The ambience was fresh as well. We had to wait long for the dishes to arrive. I suspect the kitchen was under staffed and that quality was lesser then normal. Will give them a second chance!
