Outrageously good food, beautiful ambiance and friendly staff. Certainly the best food experience we‘ve had in Bologna so far.
We were with a large group and asked to simply put something on the table which we could share. The staff understood right away what we wanted and surprised us. All the food we got was delicious and very nicely plated. We also had good tasting wines paired with the food. From all the restaurants we went to last week (of which one was a Michelin) this restaurant was the best, tastefull, kind and absolutely delicious!
The scallops were incredible, both the texture/consistency (perfectly cooked) and the accompanying sauce (I would have loved a jar of it). The rest of our dishes were excellent
The setting was quiet a d we enjoyed the outdoor seating. The food was innovative with clear Italian roots. All the dishes vere very good. The duck, the tubot, and the green gramigna pasta dishes were outstanding.
