I passed by here while strolling in the old town and was attracted by the cute sign at the door. Then I saw the vivid figures in the window. Later I learned that this famous coffee and dessert shop was once the Queen’s favorite.

Check in at Bratislava Dessert Shop, which is said to be the favorite dessert shop of Queen Maria Theresa. The entrance is not big, and the interior is gorgeously decorated. No reservation is required. Most of the people dining in the shop are Chinese, so it feels like an Internet celebrity. There is a 10 euro set meal for afternoon tea. You can choose a dessert from the dessert cabinet and add a cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The three of us ordered swan puffs, raspberry cakes and blueberry cakes respectively, and the sweetness is ranked from low to high. I personally think that the swan puffs are good. I saw on the Internet that Napoleon is delicious, but I didn't see it.
