The service was way above expectation despite food was a different type from what we expected. Pizza was good and chinese dumplings was excellent.
This was our second visit and the Chinese chef wasn’t in. We got pizza instead. The pizzas were great and when I mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary, they gave us a bottle of wine! It’s a lovely little place, not at all fussy. You always know when a place is good, because we were the only English people in there.
Great It's a shame he no longer works with you. I didn't get the benefit of The Fork, but I'll still come back to this restaurant.
It's no accident, but it's worth the detour! The restaurant may not look like much, but the atmosphere is simple, friendly, and warm. The owner serves, and the owner cooks. The latter told us that the ingredients offered were nothing like what you'd find in the Chinese restaurants we usually frequent, and I can confirm that. The spring rolls and dumplings were delicious and not at all greasy! As for the main course (well, we didn't try everything), it's simple but very good. If you're in the area, make the detour.
This little restaurant, lost on the edge of the forest and a military regiment, is a little find, the food is very good, the owner is helpful and warm! We also discovered a very good beer! Simple but great atmosphere! :)
