One of the best dessert shops in my collection, a coffee shop that specializes in Japanese desserts. These desserts are made with carefully selected ingredients, such as Japanese flour, French butter and selected seasonal fruits.
The seasonal French pears are from Yamagata Prefecture. Because the soil in Yamagata Prefecture is fertile, the temperature difference between day and night is large, and the French pears with top quality control in Japan are grown.
