For my birthday I chose this restaurant in the hotel Indigo di Cagnes sur Mer.I wanted to know Chef Denis Graziani and I found that he was a student of the great Ducasse ...e see!! Excellent appetites of treated foods in raw materials (sandwich cream,polypo with caramel and potato puree, Saint Yack conchilles with caramel cream with citrus.Chocolate dessert with pears. Price in the standard ,rose wine (as usual in France)good but expensive

L'echappee Belle

Great corner restaurant with a well-crafted breakfast.  I really liked the presentation, especially pancakes and bacon.  Highly recommend Le Gran brunch, and great choices of hot beverages or cold juices/blends.
