Es Fum

Very nice experience with several different creatives dishes. We were essentially fund of the appetizers with tuna, oysters, and wagyu. I have to acknowledge that we are more to the modern cuisine than to the creative cuisine, but it was nice to try and still a great experience for us.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and the staff were so nice. The chef at Es Fum was incredible, I’ll never be able to enjoy a mussel again unless it’s pickled! After our meal the chef greeted us which was a lovely touch and its hands down top 3 dining experiences we’ve had.

Excellent and original food, made us travelled around the seas. The sommelier is absolutely grenat and shared his passion and knowledge with us! Wonderful!!

My wife and I spent our 10 year Anniversary here and couldn’t have asked for a better dinner. Truly an elevated dining experience! The service, attention to detail, and complex fusion of tastes is unmatched in Mallorca. We are especially grateful to the service staff and the sommelier for making it a memorable evening.

Food and service was amazing. Unfortunately, some of the clients were privileged and obnoxious. For example, a woman next to us threw her wine into a plant and appeared to complain to staff.
