We booked this place to dine by the pool, but unfortunately the stormy weather did not allow it. Even staying inside the place was pleasant in a relaxing atmosphere for an evening in company. Refined menu focused on typical Castellane specialties (squaquerone, savoiardi...) I recommend "La carbonara inversa" (a classic), roast beef with artichokes, zuppa inglese.
