We eat two meals (manteca and potato leaves) and two first (reverse carbonara and guitar spaghetti), all very tasty with a beautiful dishes presentation. We will certainly return.

Abbiamo mangiato due antipasti (baccal&agrave; mantecato e millefoglie di patate) e due primi (carbonara inversa e spaghetti alla chitarra). Tutto estremamente gustoso con una bellissima presentazione dei piatti. Personale accogliente e  professionale. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Abbiamo apprezzato la maestria con il quale sono stati elaborati i piatti dai sapori ben combinati e gustosi, unici e con in attenzione al territorio  . L&rsquo;eleganza dell&rsquo; atmosfera grazie ad Alessandra con la sua sicurezza nel raccontare i piatti .Raffaele uno  chef che far&agrave; tanta strada perch&eacute; ha catturato il segreto della poesia che trasmette attraverso i suoi piatti . E&rsquo; stato bello percepire il buon rapporto fra tutte le persone che stavano in cucina ,che solo  un grande direttore d&rsquo; orchestra pu&ograve; realizzare .

We appreciated the mastery with which the dishes were prepared with well-combined and tasty flavors, unique and with attention to the territory. The elegance of the atmosphere thanks to Alessandra with her confidence in describing the dishes. Raffaele is a chef who will go a long way because he has captured the secret of the poetry that he transmits through his dishes. It was nice to perceive the good relationship between all the people who were in the kitchen, which only a great conductor can achieve.

Abbiamo prenotato questo locale x poter cenare a bordo piscina, ma ahim&egrave; il tempo burrascoso non ce lo ha permesso, Anche stare all&#39;interno  del locale &egrave; stato piacevole in un&#39; atmosfera rilassante per una serata in compagnia . Men&ugrave; ricercato e incentrato su specialit&agrave; tipiche castellane ( squaquerone, savoiardi...) Consiglio &quot;La carbonara inversa&quot; (un classico), il roast beef ai carciofi, la zuppa inglese.

We booked this place to dine by the pool, but unfortunately the stormy weather did not allow it. Even staying inside the place was pleasant in a relaxing atmosphere for an evening in company. Refined menu focused on typical Castellane specialties (squaquerone, savoiardi...) I recommend &quot;La carbonara inversa&quot; (a classic), roast beef with artichokes, zuppa inglese.

If you want a restaurant with a nice atmosphere that will serve you straight honest comfort food without being overly pretentious, this is the one to go to. It smells just like my late grandmother&#39;s kitchen. The staff are lovely and helpful, the place is child friendly while remaining perfectly welcoming for adults.
