People here will always have this dish on the table whether it is during festivals or when entertaining guests. Roasted suckling pig is made with a whole pig. The pig&#39;s internal organs are hollowed out, coated with aromatherapy and other spices, and then slowly baked on charcoal. When baking, a layer of oil should be brushed on the pig skin, and a seasoning should be added to the oil. The role of this seasoning is to make the surface of the pig skin dark red, which tastes delicious and looks tempting. In addition to roasted suckling pig, chicken, fish, and shrimp can all be roasted.

Pork is a traditional dish here, which will cook pig cheek meat and visceral pig head meat together, and then serve wine together when drinking cold beer.

This is my favorite chicken curry. The small potatoes here taste superb, and the curry has eaten potatoes.
