Really lovely restaurant and staff. Managed to find something for all the family on the menu. Great food that's well priced
The restaurant is fabulous for a daily dining spot located near a shopping mall. Fresh and crispy, I'd describe it as honest food, akin to what you'd whip up at home. It's perfect for a family evening out with kids. I appreciated its spaciousness, though it does get crowded during lunchtime. Friday evening was particularly relaxing; I indulged in a glass of white wine and Grappa. We started with Italian antipasti, followed by an "escalope de veau panée" with bacon and cheese. It wasn't the most authentic Italian dish, more like a Schnitzel, but the taste was delightful. If I had to nitpick, it was a tad overcooked or perhaps not tenderized enough (if I recall correctly, veal needs to be beaten to make it tender). The linguine were cooked just right, al dente as requested, with no sauce—what could go wrong? But what truly mattered was the freshness of the ingredients; every bite of the dish felt crisp and flavorful, especially with the addition of fresh rucola. Speaking of which, the bacon was a lovely, wide slice, adding a distinct touch. It's evident that the chef selects his ingredients with care.
Very friendly reception and waiters. Unfortunately the food was not very tasty, partially cold and the Milanese not well cooked…
Pleasant interior and reasonably friendly staff. It seems we were seated in a separate, more isolated area of the restaurant because we had booked through TheFork…? Lasagne was ok but not hot enough, so I guess we should have sent it back to be reheated. Couldn’t eat the salad as it was incredibly bitter. Ice cream was good. Overall, ok but wouldn’t be rushing back.
The food was generally fine but we were served one pasta dish as if it was the risotto one of us ordered and when we asked about it, the message was that there was nothing wrong en this was how they serve risotto!
