The sushi was all fine. Possibly not quite as good as we would see at our favourite sushi restaurants at home but it was a nice change.
We went to this place because there was a 20% discount on The Fork. On arrival, they had our reservation alright, but when time to pay came, they did not offer the discount. I only notice it after paying, and was then told it was my responsibility to let them know I had a discount. Nonsense. If you attract costumers with a promotional offer, you offer them what you promised. Not going back here ever. And if this ever happens again, I'll ditch The Fork for good.P.S.: Don´t order wine by the glass in this place. You pau EUR 4 for what, 80 ml of wine? What a joke.
The quality of sushis was excellent, the server was very nice, she made proposals that we loved very much and cared for customers by asking if all this was going well and giving advice when we had doubts about The hotel is a very good restaurant, and it is a good restaurant.
There is a little negative point, when we arrived there was heating. I think it had to be down because during the meal we had cold!!
This afternoon I found my life in a Nikkei lunch: croquant, pepper, color! A explosion of flavors with the alliance of Peruvian and Japanese cuisines! #withfurchettesilvousplait
