A Thai restaurant opened by foreigners, similar to a bar, the staff basically speak English and a little Chinese. There are Thai and Western food. Tom Yum Goong, mango sticky rice, pineapple rice, and fried chicken with raw shrimp are worth a try. The average price per person is 50 yuan. It is very close to Thapae Gate, on the same road, and there is a moat in front of the gate, which is very convenient to find.

A very good northern Thai style restaurant. The curry seafood stew is quite good, and the Thai noodles are also delicious. The coconut curry chicken is quite unique and delicious, but the quantity is small.

It is said to be ranked ninth ~ Especially the Northern Thai curry noodles ~ so good! Business is pretty good ~ so many people come and there is no seat ~ It deserves to be in the top ten of the food list! Recommended! Very authentic Northern Thai cuisine. I saw this restaurant when I was making travel plans for Chiang Mai. It had many good reviews, but also some bad ones, so I didn’t plan to eat there. I was participating in the Chiang Mai Marathon, and someone in my running group had eaten there and highly recommended it. Since I didn't make it to the bar I wanted to go to on Christmas Eve, I just took a bus to their house for dinner. We ordered three dishes, the portions were big, the taste was good and the price was affordable. Two of us were a bit full after eating. I especially recommend the raw shrimps, 6 big shrimps for 125B! The ingredients are absolutely fresh, my husband's favorite. My favorite is the curry fried prawns, which has 6 to 7 big prawns and a lot of squid, and it costs about 148B, and 6 grilled chicken wings for 99B. The day before we left Chiang Mai, my husband said he wanted to go eat there again. I also noticed the problem of small flying insects mentioned in the reviews. The first time I ate there was around 7pm, and there were some small insects flying around. The second time was after 9pm, and there was not a single insect. The store was very clean and I don't know what the reason was. Chinese tourists pay in cash and they are given a 10% discount. The large platter in Figure 1 gives you a lot of food.

It is a very ordinary shop near 711 at Thapae Gate, but it is run by people of different nationalities. I was attracted by the super enthusiastic staff who offered 10% discount. There are staff who can communicate in Chinese. The prices are quite reasonable and affordable. The portions are very large. The mango chicken salad has a sauce that is a bit too light. The coconut milk is very fresh and the squid rings are very tender.
