Everest, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Chicago, French cuisine. The smoked salmon I chose as the appetizer was a failure, the salmon slices were dry and tasteless. The scallops were much more tender and fragrant in comparison. The third photo, what is even more amazing than the lobster is the broth. The spicy ginger and red pepper and the rich butter are paired with chewy shredded cabbage. The main course of fish is a bit inferior, but the duck is still remarkable. Dessert is also one of the highlights, watermelon jelly and lemon smoothie are appetizers, cherry chocolate cake and fresh cream strawberries are sweet but not greasy. Recommended

This is the restaurant where my son, who studied culinary arts for four years in college, works! Known as the most romantic French restaurant in Chicago, it is located on the top floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange Building, where you can enjoy the sunset and the bright night view of Chicago! The food and service are amazing! It is worthy of being a restaurant on the list for more than ten consecutive years! Highly recommended!

The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. However, the view was a little disappointing. We had a window table and could watch the Dan Ryan traffic and the American Center all night long. Also, although the service was great, I felt like my partner and I were frequently interrupted. In the end, the dinner was quite expensive but met our expectations. A once in a lifetime experience but will not be going back. There are plenty of other options in the city.

The veal in the restaurant is delicious I have never eaten. I like the pork dumpling rice, as well as foie gras and lobster, which are all unforgettable delicious. And the service attitude of all the service staff is very good and very thoughtful. It was a unique and wonderful experience.

This restaurant is also a restaurant with a better local reputation, but I personally feel that there is no big feature in the taste, the taste is generally not amazing, but the restaurant environment and dishes are still good.
