Una atencion exquisita, un arroz insuperable. Una muy buena experiencia.
The place is very pretty and stylish. The food was luxurious; we had an amazing lobster rice dish, but the best part was the staff. They were attentive throughout, even showing us the paella pans. A special 10 for Gaizka, who treated us first-class, pleasant, friendly, and explained everything in detail. Thank you so much, Gaizka!
We confirmed the reviews we had previously read regarding the rice dishes. We tried the cuttlefish, artichoke, and monkfish, and it was very good. We also had the grilled sweetbreads for starters, which were delicious. We didn't think the same about the cheeks, as for us, the sauce masked the flavor, and you could barely taste the grill (we even doubted they were actually grilled). For dessert, we had cheese espuma, delicious and very abundant (we recommend ordering to share). It's surprising to find this restaurant in such a location outside the city walls. I would return to try other rice dishes.
Everything was delicious. The lobster rice was spectacular. The value for money was excellent. The waiters were very friendly. They explained each dish and what it contained. They asked if you had any intolerances, which few, if any, do, and it was appreciated. We'll be back.
One drawback: the room has a bit of an echo, and we were sitting near a man who was talking very loudly, which was annoying at first. Then the man moderated his voice because he noticed, and everything was fine now. But it's a difficult fix. Service, venue, and food: a total 10.
