The hotel environment is very good, but the bathtub is on the balcony, which is not suitable for low floors. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Wulingyuan scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel only has a buffet dinner on Saturdays, and the selection of food is not very large, but children over 60 years old and 1.4 meters tall are half price

I never write reviews online, but I'm going to make an exception this time. Since March, I've been planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, Fenghuang, and Furong Town with three elderly people. I've been looking around and reading a lot of guides, including food, accommodation, and transportation. Finally, I contacted Niko from the reservation department of Hetianju and Zhang Xiaozuo from the business travel department with a tentative heart. The two beautiful girls received my inquiries. When I kept asking various questions at any time, the two lovely little sisters were very patient, enthusiastic, and professional in answering my various questions. Finally, I made up my mind to book the accommodation and travel routes here. When I arrived here with a nervous mood, all my worries were eliminated. I welcomed a beautiful vacation in the mountains and rivers here. With the care of professionals and family members, we completed our trip to Xiangxi with peace of mind. The vacation is still in progress. I can't wait to share my feelings with everyone. Living in Zhangjiajie Hetian is a fusion of the five elements, breathing the green air like a fairy, and feeling the care of family members! It happened to be my birthday during my stay. Under Xiao Zou's careful care, the hotel's western restaurant sent me a birthday cake and birthday card in the rain. I was grateful! Touched! Thank you! Hetianju~~I will come again!

When you come to Hetianju, you have to talk about the food here. All the ingredients are pure natural pollution-free organic food, and some vegetables are from the ecological farm in the valley of Hetianju. So it is particularly safe to eat, nutritious and healthy! Wuweifang Chinese Restaurant, the restaurant is exquisitely designed, and the polygonal exterior design makes the dining space more spacious and comfortable. You can taste authentic Hunan cuisine here. Delix Western Restaurant, located on the bank of Suoxi River, is where breakfast is enjoyed every morning. In addition to tasting excellent breakfast, you can embrace nature again. Huozhai Shengweifang Restaurant, located on the first floor of Huozhai, mainly serves Thai, Malay, Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine, allowing you to taste authentic foreign food without leaving home. There is also the most exciting Huaxi Valley outdoor seafood barbecue, where you can enjoy a delicious seafood BBQ dinner outdoors and enjoy the wonderful performances from the Philippine band. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, not very suitable for going to scenic spots. I booked it in a daze, and went to the scenic spots during the day. It was difficult to catch the hotel's shuttle bus back to the scenic spot. There are no public transportation facilities in front of the hotel and within three kilometers nearby, which is inconvenient to go out. The hotel's external landscape design is very good, but the room facilities and decoration are a bit old, the walls are still a bit peeling, and there are many dead corners for hygiene. The beautiful front desk staff and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic and smiling. The concierge service for guests entering the store feels a little lacking in initiative (compared with more than 400 hotels in Xi'an), after all, this is a five-star hotel. The shuttle bus driver is also very nice. It is best to leave enough time to wait for the battery car or walk to eat by yourself. The battery car during the breakfast period is not easy to call or wait, so you can do it yourself if you are in a hurry. The breakfast content is OK. This hotel is suitable for staying for a few days and then slowly enjoying the slow life of vacation.
