Trattoria Bel Mi' Colle

Wonderful restaurant, everything was great from wine to the creative food to service. The ancient grain past with porcini crumble was devine.

Genuine, cosy, traditional but not conservative. If you are after high quality, great tasting food in a great ambience then this is a perfect spot. I highly doubt this place would ever let you down. We had a great lunch in the middle of the summer served in the street just outside. Would love to come back.

The atmosphere is very intimate and comfortable, the interior of the local is telling local history and tradition, and the tables are few but well distanced to have their privacy during culinary experience. The equipment, as simple as it is on rudimentary wooden tables, is very elegant; hygiene services call elegantness and care in detail. Food and service were so excellent to have few words to describe them: professionality, Great study and culture on ingredients and wines; typical but also innovative flavors. We were really impressed by the perfectness of this restaurant, led by a super professional couple, and with heart what they do, everything, each individual element.

"The beautiful my collar" is a tractor jewel ....... excellent products and dishes cooked masterly.Excellent reception and coffee with moka .....a chick.We will surely return.The cuttings to top !!!
