Fusion Restaurant & Loungebar

I arrived earlier than my booking. It was no problem and I was warmly welcomed to my table. I was on my own and the staff were very friendly and charming. I had the beef pancakes for starters and they were delicious. For main course I had the beef rending which was so tasty and spicy. Portions were large. I was offered dessert and my chosen one a cheesecake was not ready. I opted for a coffee and the server informed me I could get cheesecake and he was scrumptious. I really like Fusion the setting is really pretty. The staff are wonderful and the food is delicious. You pay for what you get and it is one of my favourite restaurants here.

Great food, elegant surroundings and delightful service. The prawns were some of the best I’ve ever had. Surprisingly not very busy but I imagine it is queued out in the high winter season.

The meal was amazing, the atmosphere. It’s kind of a little bit old school.:) staff was amazing good. Definitely recommend for other travelers.

Always a threat, exellent food, love all at the starters menu, spicy, but not too spicy.attended this restaurant for more than 6 years and the standard has never failed !!!Always a must when visiting Playa del Ingles ????????????????

We went to Fusion to celebrate my friends birthday and everything was top notch. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown to our table. The service from the waiting staff was very good . The food was amazing. I have eaten here many times before and never been disappointed. Excellent restaurant. Thank you
