Great discovery! Everyone around us recommended this place and we were not disappointed! Thanks again for the food, the welcome and the great time we had.

The cuisine deserves its reputation for excellence: perfect dumplings, a local dessert of the same level accompanied by a St Veran that is rarely equaled. The young waitress can take the wrong table, the full room is a little noisy... but that doesn't stop you from traveling many kilometers for an excellent meal!

Restaurant with a modest frontage but with excellent home cooking from starter to dessert deserves a star in the Michelin guide!!! The restaurant staff from the chef to the waitress are very welcoming and charming: thank you for this good time we will come back!!!

Great welcome and service! A nice little restaurant in the center of Cuiseaux to discover. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.

We had another delicious meal at Le Bistrot Gourmand. Delicious dishes, in a pleasant atmosphere. The service is hospitable and friendly and gives good advice, for example about the wine. We will gladly come back when we are in Burgundy again!
