Casa Manolo

A really amazing fabulous lunch! Outstanding cooking and amazing and unusual flavours and ingredient combinations. ????????- Excellent service too. 10/10(My only very very minor critisism would be the menu choices - slightly confused with the choice of menus and QR code link - the experience of pictures / photography and descriptions on the QR link could be better ;-) ) Though to be fair - Maybe it was due to Covid.

Menu is not clear. Service is not really prepared to work in the restaurant. Food quality is not coming with the premium price.

Gastrobar deserves 5* (food and service) but we where disappointed of the other restaurant.. Portions very small and to expensive for what we got. We dis eat there a la carte.

We thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes, which never cease to amaze. We ordered the €65 tasting menu, and they allowed us some changes without any problems. Perhaps a little too hot for my taste.

When we visit the region, we always stop at Casa Manolo, even if it means traveling, because it's worth it. This time, we opted for the Getaway Menu, a wonderful nine-course tasting, each more surprising than the last. I would highlight the cod brandade fritter, the tomato espuma, the whiting, and the sweetbreads, all exquisitely served in containers as interesting as their contents. The service is excellent, and Manolo is a charming man passionate about his business with whom you can chat freely about any topic. An exceptional gastronomic experience overlooking the Mediterranean from the Daimús seafront.
